After finishing meeting some friends for breakfast, I realized how my lifestyle had so changed, I was actually glad to be back to my tasks and moving at a faster pace.  Good or bad, it says something about our view of the value of our time.  I would much rather consume a nutritionally charged, raw, whole food based, instant product, and spend the rest of the breakfast hour working on the days goals.  I hope that doesn’t mean I’ve become anti-social.
